Fireye 85UVF1A-1QD Phoenix Series II UV Flame Scanner with Quick Disconnect

The Fireye 85UVF1A-1QD is a microprocessor-based integrated flame scanner that utilizes a solid-state ultraviolet flame detection sensor designed for industrial combustion applications. This Phoenix Series II ultraviolet flame scanner features selectable FFRT (Flame Failure Response Time) and includes a quick disconnect cable for simplified installation and maintenance.

Key Features:

• Internal flame relay with automatically set ON/OFF thresholds, eliminating the need for a remote flame amplifier or flame switch
• Detects the amplitude of flame modulations (flame "flicker") over a wide frequency range
• Automatic storage of target flame amplitudes with optimum ON/OFF criteria and automatic sensor gain selection during setup
• Full self-diagnostics and electronic self-checking capabilities
• Powered by 24 VDC with 8-pin electrical quick-disconnect (QD) connection
• Standard analog 4 to 20mA output of flame strength
• FM, UL/c, and CE approved

Technical Specifications:

• Detection Range: 295 to 340 nanometers wavelength ultraviolet emissions
• Dimensions: 4.5" high x 2.0" wide x 4.8" deep
• Scanner Weight: 5.90 lbs
• Operating interface via 4-button keypad with informative LED status indicators
• Compatible with mounting flanges 60-2692 and 60-2919
• Uses 59-546-xx scanner cable

Applications:

Ideal for duct burners, industrial gas burners, refinery applications, waste oil units, waste gas units, low NOx burners, and incinerators. The Phoenix scanner is suitable for continuous or non-continuous burner operation and can perform well with various fuels including gaseous fuels, oils, and heavy oils.
