Fireye 60-2207-1 High Sensitivity Flame Amplifier Module for 5011 5168 Controls

The Fireye 60-2207-1 is a high sensitivity flame amplifier module designed for use on single burner applications with little or no background radiation. This amplifier module determines the flame response curve of the control, converting weak electrical signals from flame scanners into usable signals for flame safeguard systems.

Compatible Systems:

• Compatible with 25SU5-5011, 25SU5-5012, and 25SU3-5168, 25SU3-5166 flame safeguard controls
• Used as a component in complete 25SU5-5011 systems alongside chassis 60-2204-2 and display module 60-2301
• Works with Fireye 45UV5, 45RM1, 45RM2, 45RM4, 45FS1, and 45UVFS1 remote flame scanners

Applications:

• Single burner industrial combustion systems
• Furnaces and boilers firing gas, oil, or pulverized coal
• Power generation and industrial process equipment
• Environments with minimal background radiation interference

This plug-in amplifier module is a critical component in flame detection safety systems, providing reliable ignition and flame failure protection for commercial and industrial burner management applications. The high sensitivity design makes it ideal for applications requiring precise flame monitoring with low signal interference.
