Raypak 012589F Condensate Float Switch for XTherm Boilers

The Raypak 012589F is a genuine OEM condensate float switch designed for use in Raypak XTherm condensing boilers and commercial heating systems. This critical safety component monitors condensate water levels and automatically shuts down the system when water levels rise too high, preventing overflow damage and equipment malfunction.

Key Features:

• Genuine OEM Raypak replacement part ensures proper fit and function
• Automatic system shutdown when condensate levels become excessive
• Prevents water damage from blocked drains or condensate management issues
• Located in the vent outlet plenum for optimal monitoring
• Compact design allows for easy installation in tight spaces
• Durable construction for reliable long-term performance in high-efficiency heating systems

This condensate float switch is commonly used in Raypak XTherm models including the 1005, 1505, and 2005 series commercial boilers. When the switch triggers a shutdown, it indicates a blocked drain line or problem with the condensate management system that requires attention. Regular inspection of this component helps maintain efficient boiler operation and prevents costly water damage.
