Erie By Schneider Electric VM3312 Modulating 3-Way Zone Valve 3/4 Inch Sweat Connection 2.0 CV

The Erie VM3312 is a modulating PopTop zone valve designed for hot and chilled water applications, providing precise flow control for hydronic heating and cooling systems. This motorized hydronic valve offers convenient, reliable installation with easy, one-handed removal or engagement of the actuator to the valve body.

Key Features:

• 3-way mixing/diverting configuration with 3/4 inch sweat connection and 2.0 CV flow coefficient
• One-handed actuator engagement or removal; valve actuator can be easily attached after the valve body has been installed into the system
• Mounts quickly and easily without the need of linkages or calibration
• Forged brass body construction with nickel-plated/chrome-plated brass stem and high temperature thermoplastic/rubber plug/paddle
• 300 psi (2068.4 kPa) static pressure rating
• Fluid temperature range: 32 to 200°F (0° to 93°C), not steam rated
• Compatible with AT (tri-state) or AP (proportional 0-10 VDC, 4-20 mA) type actuators
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for 2.0 Cv rating

The PopTop valves are designed with removable actuators with tri-state or proportional control and either non-spring or spring return action, available in NPT or sweat pipe connections. The Modulating PopTop Series valves require no maintenance, making them ideal for residential and commercial HVAC zone control applications.

Note: This is a valve body only. Compatible actuators sold separately.
