Erie By Schneider Electric AG13A02A Spring Return Actuator Normally Closed HVAC Control Valves & Actuators - 24V

The Erie By Schneider Electric AG13A02A is a 24-volt electric actuator designed for automated control of 2-way and 3-way HVAC zone valves. This spring return powerhead features on/off 2-position control with normally closed (NC) operation, making it ideal for hydronic heating and cooling systems where fail-safe valve closure is required during power loss.

Key Features:

• 24VAC/DC operating voltage for compatibility with standard HVAC control systems
• Spring return mechanism ensures automatic valve closure when power is removed
• Normally closed (NC) configuration for fail-safe operation
• 2-position on/off control for simple open/closed valve operation
• Compatible with both 2-way and 3-way zone valves
• 18-inch lead wires for flexible installation options
• Compact powerhead design for space-efficient mounting

This actuator is commonly used in residential and light commercial hydronic systems for zone control applications, allowing thermostats or building automation systems to control individual heating or cooling zones. The spring return feature provides reliable fail-safe protection by automatically closing the valve during power failures or control signal loss.
