Erie By Schneider Electric AG13A020 24V Spring Return Actuator 2-Position NC

The Erie By Schneider Electric AG13A020 is a 24-volt spring return electric actuator designed for on/off control of 2-way and 3-way zone valves in HVAC hydronic systems. This normally closed (NC) powerhead provides reliable two-position operation, energizing to open and spring-returning to closed position on power loss.

Key Features:

• 24VAC operating voltage for standard HVAC control compatibility
• Spring return mechanism ensures fail-safe closed position during power failure
• Two-position on/off control for straightforward zone valve operation
• Normally closed (NC) configuration—valve closes when de-energized
• 18-inch lead wires for flexible installation and wiring connections
• Compatible with both 2-way and 3-way zone valves
• Compact powerhead design mounts directly to compatible valve bodies

This actuator is ideal for hydronic heating and cooling applications where positive valve closure is required during power outages. The spring return design provides energy-efficient operation by only consuming power when the valve needs to be held open. Commonly used in residential and light commercial zoning systems, radiant heating control, and hot water distribution applications.
