Maxitrol TD114A Remote Temperature Selector 80-130°F for Series 14 Gas Control Systems

The Maxitrol TD114A is a remote temperature selector designed for use with Selectra Series 14 electronic gas flame modulation systems. This component allows for precise temperature control in the 80°F to 130°F range, making it ideal for make-up air heating applications and direct-fired equipment installations.

Key Features:

• Temperature range: 80°F to 130°F
• Compatible with Maxitrol A1014R and A1014U amplifiers
• Remote dial installation for convenient temperature adjustment
• Works with discharge air temperature sensors for precise control
• Suitable for natural gas, manufactured gas, and LP gas applications
• Compact design for installation in control cabinets or remote locations

Application:

The TD114A remote temperature selector is a critical component in Selectra Series 14 systems, which maintain precise, stable gas-fired temperatures through electronic modulator or modulator-regulator valves. These systems provide instantaneous response and continual adjustment, offering superior performance compared to traditional mod motors and butterfly valves. The remote selector connects to terminals 1 and 2 on the system amplifier and must be used with the matching TS114A discharge air sensor for proper operation.

Note: For wiring runs longer than 200 feet, the ES261-1/ES261-2 two-piece version should be substituted for the TD114A.
