The Maxitrol RV111-3 is a professional-grade 3-inch straight-thru-flow gas pressure regulator designed for high-capacity commercial and industrial applications. With a capacity of up to 17,000,000 BTU, this regulator is engineered to handle large gas-fired appliances and equipment with precision and reliability.

  • Straight-thru-flow cone design reduces frictional resistance for greater capacity

  • Non-lockup type, main burner only regulator
  • Minimum regulation: 250 CFH

Application Notes:

  • Designed for single appliance use only
  • Recommended for horizontal mounting position only
  • Should not be used as a line gas pressure regulator ahead of low pressure controls
  • Use only where downstream controls can operate at line pressure
  • Suitable for natural gas, propane, and similar gases

The straight-thru-flow design allows gas to flow directly through the regulator without changing directions, resulting in superior capacity at low inlet pressures. This makes the RV111-3 ideal for commercial kitchens, industrial boilers, process heaters, and other high-BTU applications. Professional installation by a licensed gas fitter is required.

Delivery and service were great. But the packaging of the spar fly was far too large.

Finding the item was great. There were not many places that had it due to stock shortages from Onan/Cummins. The price was a lot lower than the closest company that stocked it. Ordering was easy. However, I contacted CS due to the fact that the "Tracking" link in the email did not lead me to any type of tracking. The only thing it did was go to the invoice for the order. I was kind of bugged as I was getting ready to head out of town and needed the part. I do web app design and implementation for a living. Someone needs to check the click on links to ensure they go to the proper place.
