Bard 800-0430 Refrigerant Distributor Assembly for HVAC Systems

The Bard 800-0430 is an official OEM Distributor Assembly designed specifically for Bard HVAC equipment. This critical component works in conjunction with the thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) to ensure optimal refrigerant distribution throughout multi-circuit evaporator systems.

Key Functions:

• Evenly distributes refrigerant throughout the evaporator's circuiting
• Increases the velocity of saturated refrigerant by creating a pressure drop through the nozzle
• Causes mixing of liquid and vapor components to ensure equal refrigerant flow into each circuit
• Maintains consistent system performance and efficiency

Application:

This distributor assembly is essential for maintaining proper heat transfer and preventing uneven refrigerant distribution in HVAC systems. Proper refrigerant distributor performance is directly related to compressor performance, expansion valve performance and evaporator performance. Without proper distribution, circuits may receive inadequate refrigerant, leading to reduced capacity and potential system issues.

Features:

• Genuine Bard OEM replacement part
• Constructed from durable materials for optimal performance and longevity
• Precision-engineered nozzle for accurate refrigerant metering
• Direct replacement for Part Number 800-0430

This assembly is designed for use in residential and commercial HVAC applications where reliable, even refrigerant distribution is critical for system efficiency and longevity.
