Xylem-Bell & Gossett 1BN329 HFT-90 Thermal Expansion Tank 14 Gallon

The Xylem-Bell & Gossett HFT-90 is a 14-gallon thermal expansion tank designed for hydronic heating systems. This expansion tank protects closed-loop heating systems by absorbing excess pressure caused by thermal expansion of water as it heats, preventing pressure relief valve discharge and extending system life.

Key Features:

• 14-gallon capacity suitable for residential and light commercial applications
• Durable steel construction with corrosion-resistant finish
• Pre-charged bladder design separates system water from air charge
• Accepts standard 3/4-inch NPT connection for easy installation
• Factory pre-charged to 12 PSI (adjustable for system requirements)
• Maximum working pressure of 150 PSI
• Temperature rating up to 240°F
• Replaceable bladder for extended service life

Bell & Gossett HFT Series expansion tanks are engineered to meet ASME standards and provide reliable pressure control in hydronic heating systems. The butyl rubber bladder ensures complete separation between the system water and air charge, preventing waterlogging and maintaining consistent performance over time.
