Xylem-Bell & Gossett 132200 3DV 1" Triple Duty Valve NPT

The Bell & Gossett Model 3DV Triple Duty Valve is three valves in one: a calibrated balance valve, a check valve, and an isolation/shut-off valve, providing all of the functions normally required on the discharge side of a pump in most HVAC systems. This space-saving design combines flow balancing, backflow prevention, and system isolation into a single integrated unit.

Key Features:

• Calibrated ball valve design with memory stop for precise flow control and easy return to set point after shut-off
• Spring-loaded check valve prevents gravity circulation and backflow in systems utilizing zoned or parallel pumping
• Full port ball valve provides complete shut-off, allowing pump removal without draining the system
• Extended handle design with two extended 1/4" PT valves for insulated systems
• Bronze body construction with stainless steel trim and resilient EPDM seat for superior durability and corrosion resistance
• 1" NPT male inlet and female outlet connections
• Maximum operating pressure: 200 psig; Temperature range: -4°F to 250°F
• Calibrated nameplate for accurate system balancing and flow throttling

Ideal for industrial piping systems, HVAC systems, chilled water systems, condenser water systems, and boiler feed systems. The combination of multiple valves helps save space and reduces installation time and money.
