Xylem-Bell & Gossett 132163 Triple Duty Valve 6 Inch

The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 132163 is a 6-inch Triple Duty Valve (model 3DS-6B) designed for hydronic heating and cooling systems. This versatile valve combines three essential functions in a single unit: balancing, shutoff, and check valve capabilities, streamlining installation and reducing system complexity.

Key Features:

• Three-in-one design provides balancing, isolation, and backflow prevention
• 6-inch connection size for large commercial and industrial applications
• Cast iron construction ensures durability in demanding HVAC environments
• Memory stop feature maintains preset flow balance settings during maintenance
• Removable and replaceable internal cartridge simplifies servicing without system drainage
• Spring-loaded check valve prevents reverse flow and gravity circulation
• Calibrated readout for precise flow measurement and system balancing

The Triple Duty Valve is ideal for commercial boilers, chillers, heat exchangers, and large hydronic distribution systems where space is at a premium and system efficiency is critical. Its integrated design eliminates the need for multiple separate valves, reducing installation time, potential leak points, and overall system cost.
