The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 117105LF Circuit Setter Plus is a precision-calibrated balance valve designed for pre-set proportional system balancing in potable water and hydronic HVAC systems. This lead-free brass valve combines three essential functions into one compact unit: presettable balance valve, variable orifice flow meter, and positive shut-off service valve.
