The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 113224 AQS-3/4 Aquastat Control is designed to thermostatically control NBF circulator pumps, automatically switching them on and off based on water temperature. This temperature-sensing control helps optimize energy efficiency in domestic hot water recirculation systems by preventing unnecessary pump operation when water is already hot.

Key Features:

  • Switches pump OFF at 120°F (48.9°C) and ON at 100°F (37.8°C)
  • Bimetal sensing element detects surface temperature of pipe exterior
  • Clips onto 3/4" copper pipe or 1/2" steel pipe (7/8" OD)
  • 115/120V AC, 60 Hz operation with 16 amp rating
  • Epoxy finish for durability
  • Can be installed at pump suction or discharge pipe
  • Compatible with B&G model TC-1 timer for time-temperature combination control
