Belimo B323+LRB24-3-S 1" 3-Way Characterized Control Valve with Actuator

The Belimo B323+LRB24-3-S is a professional-grade characterized control valve (CCV) assembly designed for precision control of hot or chilled water in commercial HVAC systems. This factory-assembled unit combines a 1-inch 3-way ball valve with an electric actuator for reliable, maintenance-free operation.

Valve Specifications:

• 1-inch (DN 25) 3-way characterized control valve
• Cv rating of 10 (20 GPM at 4 psi differential)
• Stainless steel ball and stem construction for durability
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for precise control
• Characterizing disc prevents control loop hunting

Actuator Features (LRB24-3-S):

• Non-spring return (non-fail-safe) operation
• 24 VAC/DC universal voltage input
• On/Off and floating point control
• 45 in-lb torque output
• 90-second run time (90° rotation)
• 1x SPDT auxiliary switch for status indication

Applications: Ideal for air handling units, fan coil units, unit ventilators, VAV box reheat coils, and hydronic bypass loops in commercial building automation systems. The characterized control valve design provides superior control stability compared to standard globe valves while maintaining comparable Cv values in a more compact package.

Backed by Belimo's industry-leading 5-year warranty, this valve assembly delivers reliable performance and energy-efficient operation for demanding HVAC applications.
