Schneider Electric VK-7223-202-4-4 2-Way Pneumatic Globe Valve 1/2" NPT Normally Closed 4.4 Cv

The Schneider Electric VK-7223-202-4-4 is a 2-way pneumatic globe valve assembly designed for precise control of chilled water, hot water, and steam in HVAC applications. This pre-assembled unit features a 1/2-inch NPT threaded connection with a bronze body and brass trim, delivering reliable performance with a 4.4 Cv flow coefficient.

Key Features:

• 1/2-inch NPT threaded connection for standard installation
• Normally closed (N/C) configuration with 5-10 PSI spring range pneumatic actuator
• Bronze body construction with brass trim and soft seats for durability
• 4.4 Cv flow coefficient with equal percentage flow characteristic
• 6 square inch actuator diameter with 1/2-inch stroke
• 1/8-inch FNPT air connections for pneumatic control
• Tight sealing with ultra-low energy leakage on shutoff
• High rangeability provides fine, accurate control for efficient regulation

Part of the industry-leading VB-7000 Series, this valve assembly is pre-assembled with a pneumatic actuator for immediate installation. The soft seating design ensures energy conservation through minimal leakage, while meeting ANSI, PED, ASTM, and CRN environmental standards. Ideal for building automation systems requiring reliable, proportional or two-position control of hydronic systems.
