Schneider Electric VK-7223-202-4-2 Pneumatic Globe Valve Assembly 2-Way Normally Closed 1/2" NPT 1.3 Cv

The Schneider Electric (Barber Colman) VK-7223-202-4-2 is a 2-way normally closed pneumatic globe valve assembly designed for precise control of chilled water, hot water, or steam in HVAC applications. This compact valve features a 1/2" NPT threaded connection with a bronze body and brass trim construction for durability and reliability.

Key Features:

• 1.3 Cv flow coefficient for accurate flow control
• 5-10 PSI spring range pneumatic actuator
• Normally closed (N/C) configuration - closes on air failure for safety
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for precise modulating control
• Bronze body with brass trim for corrosion resistance
• NEMA Type 1 enclosure rated for -20°F to 220°F operating temperature
• Maximum working pressure: 400 PSI at lower temperatures

The VB-7223 series valve body combined with a spring return pneumatic actuator provides reliable proportional control ideal for heating and cooling systems in commercial and industrial buildings. The compact design allows for installation in tight spaces while the threaded NPT connection ensures easy field installation and maintenance.
