Schneider Electric VK-7213-202-4-4 Pneumatic Globe Valve 1/2" NPT Normally Open 5-10 PSI 4.4Cv

The Schneider Electric (Barber Colman) VK-7213-202-4-4 is a two-way pneumatic globe valve designed for controlling hot or chilled water in HVAC heating and air conditioning systems, with a temperature range from 20°F to 281°F (-7°C to 138°C). This normally open valve assembly features a 1/2-inch NPT threaded connection and delivers precise flow control with a 4.4 Cv flow coefficient, making it ideal for modulating control applications in fan coil units, air handlers, and terminal reheat coils.

Key Features:

• Bronze body construction with brass trim for durability and corrosion resistance
• Spring return pneumatic actuator with 5-10 PSI control signal range
• Normally open (N/O) design ensures flow continues in the event of air pressure loss
• ANSI Class IV leakage rating (0.01% of Cv)
• Compatible with hot or chilled water, steam (up to 35 psig), and glycol solutions (up to 50%)
• Maximum pressure drop: 35 psid for water, 20 psid for steam
• Pressure rating: ANSI B16.15-1985 Class 250 (400 psi at 20°F to 150°F)

This valve assembly is suitable for two-position or proportional control applications and provides reliable, precise fluid management in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The valve features stainless steel stem and spring-loaded TFE packing for long-term reliability.
