Schneider Electric VK-7212-202-4-3 2-Way Pneumatic Globe Valve Assembly 5/8" Flare

The Schneider Electric VK-7212-202-4-3 is a two-way pneumatic globe valve assembly designed for precise control of chilled water, hot water, or steam in HVAC applications. This compact valve assembly features a 5/8-inch SAE flared connection and comes pre-assembled with a pneumatic actuator for immediate installation.

Key Features:

• 5/8-inch SAE flared connection for secure, leak-free installation
• 2.2 Cv flow coefficient for optimal flow control
• Normally open (N/O) configuration - valve closes on air pressure
• 5-10 PSIG spring return actuator range
• Brass trim construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Bronze body design rated for ANSI 250 pressure class
• Stem-up-open configuration for reliable operation
• Spring-loaded TFE/EPDM packing for positive sealing
• Linear mechanical movement for precise flow modulation
• Supports both 2-position (on/off) and proportional control signals
• 1/8-inch NPT air connection for pneumatic supply

This valve assembly is part of Schneider Electric's VB-7212 series, specifically designed for HVAC industry applications. The integrated pneumatic actuator provides spring return functionality, ensuring the valve returns to the normally open position upon loss of air pressure. Suitable for applications requiring temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) with pressure ratings below 150°F (65°C).
