Schneider Electric MK-7101 Pneumatic Damper Actuator 67.5 lb-in Torque 3-8 PSI

The Schneider Electric (Barber Colman) MK-7101 is a proportional pneumatic damper actuator designed for precise control of dampers and air valves in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. This actuator features a 20 square inch effective area and delivers 67.5 lb-in torque with a 3-8 psig operating range.

Key Features:

• Rugged cast aluminum body for durability and long service life
• Completely enclosed spring with long lasting rolling diaphragms
• 4.5 inch nominal stroke, adjustable 4 to 5 inches for flexible installation
• Spring retracts actuator crank arm on loss of air pressure for fail-safe operation
• Maximum air pressure rating of 30 psig
• 1/8 inch NPT air connections for standard pneumatic lines
• Adjustable start point from 1 to 12 psi for precise control

Part of the Schneider Electric MK-7100 Series pneumatic actuators, the MK-7101 is ideal for larger HVAC applications such as air handler dampers where reliable proportional control is essential. The actuator provides smooth, accurate positioning throughout its operating range, making it suitable for both two-position and proportional control applications in commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
