Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 032207 XB1019B1B Power Assembly for Thermostatic Expansion Valve

The Emerson Flow Control (Alco) 032207 is a replacement power assembly designed for use with Alco thermostatic expansion valves (TXVs) in HVAC and refrigeration systems. This power assembly serves as the sensing and actuating component that enables the TXV to precisely regulate refrigerant flow into the evaporator based on superheat measurement.

Key Specifications:

• Model: XB-1019B-1B
• Connection: 1/4" SAE flare fitting
• Equalizer Type: External equalizer
• Capillary Tube Length: 5 feet
• Application: Liquid injection temperature control
• Refrigerant: Miscellaneous refrigerants
• Includes mounting capscrews for installation

This power assembly converts thermal energy into mechanical movement through its sensing bulb and capillary system, allowing the TXV to modulate refrigerant flow and maintain optimal superheat levels. The external equalizer design ensures accurate pressure sensing for improved valve performance under varying load conditions. Compatible with Alco T-Series take-apart thermostatic expansion valves used in air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pumps, and industrial cooling applications.
