Website kept giving errors as I was processing my order.

The web server seems to have crashed part way through. I restarted and it worked the second time.

Easy to order. Descriptions are very accurate. Received my order when they said it would be delivered.

Don't see where my coupon code took off 10%. Also did not receive a second email with tracking info. First e-mail said we would receive a tracking number in next email.

Lowest prices around the web and excellent customer service. The only real issue was the wait between placing the order and when it was shipped. Took 4 days but I chalk that up to the large amount of business they due to their prices being so competitive. For the lowest prices that I've seen I didn't mind waiting a bit longer!
