Johnson Controls VG1245CLH9T4AGA NPT Ball Valve with Electric Actuator - 1

The Johnson Controls VG1245CLH9T4AGA is a complete ball valve assembly featuring a Model VG1245CL two-way ball valve with stainless steel trim and NPT threaded connections, paired with a Model VA9104-AGA-3S non-spring-return electric actuator with thermal barrier and without switches.

Valve Specifications:

• 1-inch NPT threaded female connections
• Two-way ball valve design
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 7.4
• Stainless steel trim for durability and corrosion resistance
• Close-off pressure rating suitable for HVAC applications

Actuator Specifications:

• Model VA9104-AGA-3S electric actuator
• 24V AC/DC power supply
• Floating control (non-spring-return)
• Thermal barrier protects actuator from high fluid temperatures
• Without auxiliary switch (NSR - No Switch)
• Designed for modulating or two-position control applications

This valve assembly is ideal for hydronic heating and cooling systems, chilled water applications, and general HVAC control where precise flow control is required. The floating actuator requires a continuous signal to maintain position and does not automatically return to a fail-safe position on power loss.
