Belimo B340+AFRB24 Ball Valve Cv with On/Off Actuator - 3-Way 1.5 37 24V

The Belimo B340+AFRB24 is a complete characterized control valve (CCV) assembly combining a 1.5-inch brass 3-way ball valve with an AFRB24 non-spring return actuator. This mixing/diverting valve provides precise flow control for hydronic HVAC systems with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 37.

Key Specifications:

• Valve size: 1.5 inches with threaded NPT connections
• Configuration: 3-way mixing or diverting service
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 37
• Actuator: AFRB24 with spring return, 24V AC/DC
• Control type: 2-position On/Off (floating control)
• Maximum working pressure: 180 PSI
• Brass valve body with stainless steel ball and stem
• Actuator running time: Approximately 150 seconds for 90° rotation
• Actuator torque: 180 in-lbs (20 Nm)

This factory-assembled package ensures proper actuator-to-valve matching and is ideal for heating, cooling, and heat pump applications requiring reliable mixing or diverting control. The spring return feature provides fail-safe positioning during power loss, with the actuator returning to its default position. The compact design and direct-mount configuration simplify installation and reduce system commissioning time.
