Belimo B315 3-Way Characterized Control Valve 1/2" NPT Cv 10 Stainless Steel Trim

The Belimo B315 is a 3-way characterized control valve (CCV) designed for precise flow control in HVAC hydronic systems. This valve body features a 1/2" NPT connection with a Cv rating of 10, capable of handling up to 20 GPM at a 4 psi pressure differential. The valve is constructed with a nickel-plated forged brass body and features stainless steel ball and stem trim for durability and corrosion resistance in both chilled and hot water applications up to 250°F.

Key Features:

• 1/2" NPT female threaded connections for easy installation
• Cv rating of 10 for optimal flow capacity
• Stainless steel ball and stem for long-term reliability
• A-port with equal percentage flow characteristic for precise control
• B-port modified for constant common port flow
• Nickel-plated forged brass body construction
• Suitable for chilled or hot water up to 250°F maximum

The B315 is ideal for air handling units, fan coil units, unit ventilators, VAV box reheat coils, and bypass loops in hydronic systems with variable flow requirements. The equal percentage flow characteristic provides enhanced control stability and prevents control loop hunting, ensuring component longevity and optimized energy consumption. Actuator sold separately and must be ordered to complete the valve assembly.
