Lennox 31J91 LP Pilot Orifice for Gas Furnaces

The Lennox 31J91 LP Pilot Orifice is a precision-engineered liquid propane (LP) conversion component designed specifically for residential and commercial gas heating systems. This red-coded orifice ensures consistent gas flow regulation to the pilot burner assembly, maintaining a stable flame for reliable ignition cycles.

Key Features:

• Precise dimensions with 3/8" outer diameter and 1/4" inner diameter for exact tolerances required for safe LP gas combustion
• Manufactured from high-grade metal alloys to withstand thermal stresses in high-efficiency furnace cabinets
• Direct OEM replacement for legacy part number 31J9101
• Compatible with Lennox G23Q and G26Q furnace series, plus select Allied, Armstrong, and Ducane models
• Color-coded red and sized exclusively for liquid propane (LP) gas applications

This component improves fuel utilization while maintaining steady combustion and enhances safety through consistent gas delivery to the pilot, reducing the chances of burner problems or inadequate combustion. The correct orifice sizing helps minimize nuisance lockouts and ensures proper heat transfer to the thermocouple or flame sensor for dependable operation.

Important: This orifice is designed specifically for LP gas systems only and should not be used with natural gas applications.
