Belimo B318B+LF24-SR Control Valve with Actuator Cv - 3/4 3-Way 7.4 24V 2-10VDC

The Belimo B318B+LF24-SR is a compact 3/4-inch three-way characterized control valve (CCV) assembly designed for precise fluid control in HVAC hydronic systems. This valve combines a brass valve body with an integrated LF24-SR electric actuator for reliable, modulating control of heating and cooling water circuits.

Key Specifications:

• Valve size: 3/4 inch (DN20) threaded connections
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 7.4
• Three-way mixing or diverting configuration
• 24V AC/DC power supply
• 2-10 VDC modulating control signal
• Spring return actuator for fail-safe positioning
• Close-off pressure rating suitable for commercial HVAC applications
• Actuator run time: approximately 150 seconds

Features and Benefits:

• Factory-assembled valve and actuator combination ensures proper torque and alignment
• Spring return mechanism provides automatic fail-safe positioning during power loss
• Characterized valve design delivers linear flow response for precise control
• Compact footprint ideal for space-constrained mechanical rooms and equipment
• Durable brass construction with stainless steel valve stem for long service life
• Compatible with standard building automation systems using 0-10V control signals

This valve assembly is commonly used in fan coil units, unit heaters, cabinet unit heaters, and other terminal HVAC equipment requiring modulating control of hot or chilled water. The three-way configuration allows for mixing supply and return water or diverting flow between two circuits while maintaining constant pump flow.
