Siemens SAX81.03U Electronic Valve Actuator 3-Position Floating Control Non-Spring Return

The Siemens SAX81.03U is a Flowrite SAX electronic valve actuator designed for use with Flowrite valves with 3/4-inch stroke applications. This actuator requires 24 Vac power supply to provide floating control of the valve. Ideal for HVAC systems and building automation applications, this actuator delivers reliable proportional control for hydronic heating and cooling systems.

Key Features:

• Direct-coupled installation requires no special tools or adjustments
• Manual override with visual position indication
• 180 lb (800N) nominal force with 30 second run time
• 3-position floating control for precise valve positioning
• Non-spring return (fail-in-place) operation
• UL listed for plenum installations
• Power consumption: 8-9 VA
• IP54 degree of protection for environmental resistance

This electronic actuator is engineered for maximum reliability in commercial HVAC applications where precise valve control is essential. The non-spring return design means the valve remains in its last position during power loss, making it suitable for systems where fail-in-place operation is preferred.
