Belimo B312+LF24-3 3-Way Brass Ball Valve with LF24-3 Actuator 1/2" NPT 24V Floating Control

The Belimo B312+LF24-3 is a compact control valve assembly combining a 3-way brass ball valve with a spring return actuator for HVAC applications. This factory-assembled unit features a 1/2" NPT threaded connection and delivers a flow coefficient (Cv) of 3.0 for efficient fluid control in heating and cooling systems.

Key Features:

• 3-way brass ball valve with stainless steel trim for durability and corrosion resistance
• LF24-3 floating control actuator with 24V AC/DC power supply
• Spring return fail-safe operation returns valve to default position on power loss
• Compact design with 1/2" NPT female threaded connections
• 3.0 Cv rating suitable for small zone control and mixing applications
• Floating control for proportional temperature regulation
• Factory assembled and tested for reliable performance

This valve assembly is ideal for hydronic heating and cooling systems, radiant floor heating, fan coil units, and other applications requiring precise 3-way fluid diversion or mixing control. The spring return actuator ensures the valve returns to a safe position during power interruptions, making it suitable for critical comfort control applications.
