Belimo B311+LRB24-MFT 3-Way Characterized Control Valve 1/2" NPT Cv 1.9 24V Non-Spring Return MFT Programmable

The Belimo B311+LRB24-MFT is a factory-assembled characterized control valve (CCV) featuring a 3-way, 1/2" NPT ball valve paired with an LRB24-MFT non-spring return actuator. This valve assembly delivers precise proportional control for hot or chilled water applications in HVAC systems with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 1.9, providing up to 3.8 GPM at 4 psi differential pressure.

Valve Features:

• 3-way ball valve configuration for mixing or diverting applications
• 1/2" female NPT threaded connections
• Cv rating of 1.9 for optimal flow control
• Stainless steel ball and stem for durability and corrosion resistance
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for precise control
• Characterizing disc enhances control stability and prevents hunting

Actuator Specifications:

• LRB24-MFT programmable/MFT actuator with non-spring return operation
• AC/DC 24V power supply (1.2W power consumption)
• 2-10 VDC modulating control signal input
• 45 in-lb (5 Nm) torque output
• 90-second run time (0-90° rotation)
• Electronic overload protection throughout rotation
• 18 AWG plenum-rated cable with 1/2" NPT conduit connector

Ideal for air handling units, fan coil units, unit ventilators, VAV box reheat coils, and hydronic bypass loops in building automation systems. The MFT (Multi-Function Technology) capability allows field programming and configuration for flexible system integration. Backed by Belimo's 5-year warranty.
