Product Details

The Belimo AFB24-MFT-S is a spring return damper actuator designed for HVAC applications requiring reliable fail-safe positioning. This 24V actuator delivers 133 in-lb (15 Nm) of torque and features a 2-10 VDC modulating control signal for precise damper control.

Key Features:

  • Spring return design provides fail-safe damper positioning during power loss
  • 133 in-lb (15 Nm) torque output for mid-size damper applications
  • 24V AC/DC power supply for flexible installation options
  • 2-10 VDC modulating control signal for proportional damper control
  • Two auxiliary switches for additional system integration and monitoring
  • Direct replacement for legacy AF24-MFT-S model
  • Durable construction suitable for commercial HVAC systems

This actuator is ideal for controlling dampers in air handling units, VAV systems, and smoke control applications where spring return functionality ensures dampers return to a safe position in the event of power failure. The included auxiliary switches enable position feedback and integration with building automation systems.

Had no problem finding part and ordering it was great

Easy to use website

When I ordered the item from the website it did not indicate it was a backordered product When I called customer service the # provided would only hang up. I then emailed and it took 3 days for a response via email only to tell me the item WAS backordered and wouldn't be available until July 2022. I chose not to cancel and was surprised it showed up a few weeks later. I'm glad I got the product, but overall not happy with the hoops I jumped through to find out what was going on. I won't be ordering from this company again

It was easy and timely overall. Great Experience.

Very good

Excellent price and fast shipping

I came here and got what I needed. Thanks
