The Johnson Controls VG1241AD is a 2-way, 1/2-inch NPT threaded ball valve from the VG1000 Series, designed for precise flow regulation in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Sold as a valve body only (less actuator), it is compatible with the full range of Johnson Controls spring-return and non-spring-return direct-coupled electric actuators.

This valve features a characterized insert for equal percentage flow control, delivering Cv ratings comparable to traditional globe valves while offering the reliability and long service life of a ball valve design. It is engineered to control chilled water, hot water, and 50% glycol solutions.
