Belimo B316+LF24-SR-S NPT Stainless Steel Control Valve with Actuator - 1/2 3-Way

The Belimo B316+LF24-SR-S is a high-performance 3-way characterized control valve (CCV) assembly designed for precision hydronic HVAC applications. This compact valve features a 1/2" NPT threaded connection with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 16, making it ideal for small to medium flow applications requiring accurate temperature and flow control.

Valve Specifications:

• 3-way mixing/diverting valve configuration for versatile hydronic system integration
• Stainless steel body construction for corrosion resistance and long service life
• 1/2" NPT female threaded connections for easy installation
• Flow coefficient (Cv) of 16 for precise flow control
• Characterized control valve design for linear control characteristics

Actuator Features (LF24-SR-S):

• 24V AC/DC electronic actuator with spring return failsafe operation
• 2-10 VDC proportional control signal for modulating applications
• Auxiliary switch (SW) for end position feedback and system status monitoring
• Spring return to home position on power loss for safety and energy efficiency
• Compact design for tight installation spaces

This factory-assembled valve and actuator combination is ideal for chilled water, hot water, and glycol-based hydronic systems in commercial HVAC applications. The spring return actuator ensures the valve returns to a predetermined safe position during power failure, protecting equipment and maintaining system integrity. The integrated auxiliary switch provides valuable feedback for building automation systems.
