Belimo B312+TFRB24-3 Ball Valve with Actuator Cv Floating Control - 3-Way 0.5 3 24V

The Belimo B312+TFRB24-3 is a compact characterized control valve (CCV) assembly combining a 1/2-inch 3-way brass ball valve with a 24-volt floating control actuator. This valve assembly features a 3 Cv flow coefficient and spring return functionality, making it ideal for HVAC hydronic applications requiring reliable on/off or modulating control.

Key Features:

• 1/2-inch NPT threaded connections for easy installation
• 3-way valve design for mixing or diverting applications
• 3 Cv flow coefficient for precise flow control
• 24V AC/DC floating control with spring return to fail-safe position
• 22 in-lb actuator torque for reliable valve operation
• Brass valve body construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Compact direct-mount actuator design saves installation space
• Manual override capability for maintenance and commissioning

This valve assembly is designed for hydronic heating and cooling systems, providing dependable flow control in fan coil units, unit heaters, small air handling units, and radiant heating/cooling applications. The spring return actuator ensures the valve returns to a safe position during power failure, while the floating control allows for simple 3-wire control integration with HVAC control systems.
