Belimo B310+LF24-3 Brass Ball Valve with Floating Control Actuator - 3-Way

The Belimo B310+LF24-3 is a compact characterised control valve (CCV) assembly combining a lead-free brass ball valve with an electric floating control actuator. This 3-way valve features 1/2" NPT threaded connections and delivers a flow coefficient (Cv) of 1.2, making it ideal for small-capacity HVAC hydronic applications including fan coils, unit heaters, and zone control systems.

Key Specifications:

• Valve body: Lead-free brass construction with stainless steel ball and stem
• Port configuration: 3-way mixing/diverting service
• Connection size: 1/2" NPT female threads
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 1.2
• Actuator voltage: 24V AC/DC
• Control type: Floating point (3-point) control
• Spring return functionality for fail-safe positioning
• Compact integrated design for space-saving installation

The LF24-3 actuator provides reliable floating control with spring return capability, ensuring the valve returns to a predetermined safe position upon power loss. The characterised control valve design delivers precise flow regulation with linear control characteristics, optimizing system performance and energy efficiency. Factory-assembled and tested for immediate installation in commercial and residential hydronic heating and cooling systems.
