Siemens Building Technology 373-03186 2-Way Normally Closed Valve Assembly 1-1/4 Inch 16 Cv

The Siemens Building Technology 373-03186 is a complete valve and actuator assembly designed for hot and chilled water control applications in HVAC systems. This assembly combines a Flowrite 599 Series 2-way normally closed valve with a SAX81.03U electronic floating control actuator.

Valve Specifications:

• 2-way normally closed (NC) configuration
• 1-1/4 inch size with female x female (FxF) threaded connections
• 16 Cv flow coefficient for optimal flow control
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for precise modulation
• Bronze body construction with brass trim for durability
• 3/4-inch stroke length
• ANSI rated for reliable performance

SAX81.03U Actuator Features:

• 24 VAC power supply with floating control
• 3-position electronic control for accurate fluid flow regulation
• Non-spring return (NSR) design
• 180 lb nominal force for reliable valve operation
• 30 second run time for responsive positioning
• Direct-coupled installation requires no special tools or adjustments
• Manual override with visual position indication
• UL listed for plenum installations

Ideal for zone control applications including radiators, floor heating manifolds, fan coil units, cooling ceilings, and wall-mounted boilers. The floating control allows precise temperature modulation in hot or chilled water systems.
