Key Specifications:

• Type: Forward-curved centrifugal squirrel cage blower wheel

Function & Application:

This centrifugal blower wheel mounts directly onto the blower motor shaft and is responsible for drawing air across the heat exchanger or evaporator coil and circulating conditioned air through the duct system. It is a critical component in maintaining proper airflow, system efficiency, and indoor comfort levels in heating and cooling equipment.

Installation Notes:

• Always disconnect power at the breaker before servicing
• Remove the blower access panel and disconnect the blower assembly
• Loosen the set screw and slide the old wheel off the motor shaft
• Align the new wheel onto the shaft, seat the set screw against the flat, and tighten securely
• Restore power and verify smooth, wobble-free operation

Replace this blower wheel if you are experiencing reduced airflow, unusual vibration or noise, or visible damage to the blades. This is a direct OEM replacement part for International Comfort Products systems.
