Belimo B209B+TR24-SR 1/2 Inch 2-Way Control Valve 0.8 Cv with Non-Spring Return Actuator

The Belimo B209B+TR24-SR is a compact 2-way characterized control valve (CCV) assembly designed for precise modulating control in HVAC hydronic systems. This valve package combines a 1/2-inch brass valve body with a TR24-SR proportional control actuator for accurate flow regulation in heating and cooling applications.

Key Specifications:

• Valve size: 1/2 inch NPT threaded connections
• Flow coefficient (Cv): 0.8
• Valve type: 2-way characterized control valve
• Actuator: TR24-SR non-spring return (NSR) electric actuator
• Power supply: 24 VAC/DC universal voltage
• Control signal: 2-10 VDC proportional modulating control
• Operating range: 0-100% modulating position
• Non-spring return design for fail-in-last-position operation

Features and Benefits:

• Brass valve body provides excellent durability and corrosion resistance
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for optimal control response
• Compact direct-mount design saves installation space
• Non-spring return actuator maintains last position during power failure
• Proportional 2-10 VDC control input for integration with BAS and DDC systems
• Quick manual override for commissioning and maintenance
• Field-proven Belimo quality and reliability

Ideal for small hydronic circuits, radiant heating systems, fan coil units, unit heaters, and other applications requiring precise flow control with compact valve sizing. The non-spring return feature is particularly useful in systems where fail-in-place operation is preferred during power outages.
