Honeywell VBN2CJPX6200 NPT Proportional Control Valve - 1 2-Way 24V

The Honeywell VBN2CJPX6200 is a 2-way control ball valve designed to control hot and chilled water with glycol solutions up to 50% in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This factory-assembled unit features a 1-inch NPT threaded connection with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 9, providing precise flow control for medium-capacity applications.

Key Features:

• Internal (female) NPT connections for straightforward installation
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for accurate modulating control
• 24 VAC proportional spring return actuator with normally closed fail-safe position
• Patented seat design that reduces the torque needed from the actuator
• Removable manual operating handle to control valve during installation or in an event of power failure
• Plated brass construction with 360 psig (2482 kPa) @ 250°F (121°C) pressure rating

The spring return actuator provides fail-safe normally closed operation, automatically closing the valve upon power loss. Field configurable for normally open or normally closed fail-safe position, offering installation flexibility. The proportional control enables precise modulating control with 2-10 VDC or 0-10 VDC input signals, ideal for variable flow applications in commercial HVAC systems.
