Honeywell VR4205M1357 120V Direct Ignition LP Gas Valve

The Honeywell VR4205M1357 is a dual automatic valve combination gas control designed for use with 120 VAC direct ignition systems in heating appliances. This straight-through body gas valve is specifically configured for liquefied petroleum (LP) gas applications, providing reliable and safe gas flow control in furnaces, boilers, and other gas-fired heating equipment.

Key Features:

• 120 VAC, 60 Hz operation for direct ignition modules
• Solenoid-operated dual automatic valve system with safety shutoff
• Capacity rated at 150 CFH at 1 inch water column pressure drop (4.2 m³/h at 0.25 kPa)
• 1/2 inch NPT inlet and outlet connections in straight-through body design
• Built-in pressure regulator with adjustments accessible from top of control
• Two-position gas control knob with ON and OFF positions
• Wide operating temperature range from -40°F to +175°F (-40°C to +79°C)
• 1/4 inch male quick-connect electrical terminals
• Inlet and outlet pressure taps with 1/8 inch NPT plugs for easy monitoring
• Includes inlet and outlet screens for protection against contaminants

This combination gas control integrates a manual valve, two automatic operators, and a pressure regulator into a compact design. The valve opens on thermostat call for heat and closes when the heating cycle ends, providing precise temperature control and energy efficiency. Conversion kits are available separately for switching between LP and natural gas applications. AGA rated for 1/2 PSI inlet pressure and approved for mounting 0 to 90 degrees in any direction.
