Danfoss 060-200191 KP1 Pressure Switch with Flare Connection 120VAC

The Danfoss KP1 pressure switch is designed for use in refrigeration and air conditioning systems to provide protection against excessively low suction pressure or excessively high discharge pressure. This reliable control device monitors and regulates pressure within the system, activating or deactivating electrical circuits based on detected pressure levels to ensure optimal operation.

Key Features:

• Pressure regulation range: -0.2 to 7.5 bar (6 inHg to 108 psig)
• Adjustable differential range: 0.7 to 4 bar
• SPDT (single-pole double-throw) contact function for versatile switching
• 1/4-inch flare connection for refrigeration applications
• Automatic reset function
• Maximum working pressure: 17 bar (245 psig)
• Contact rating: 120VAC, 16 FLA, 96 LRA, suitable for single-phase motors
• Ambient temperature range: -25°C to 65°C (-13°F to 149°F)
• Snap action electrical contacts minimize chatter and wear for long-term reliability

The KP1 is commonly used for starting and stopping refrigeration compressors and fans on air-cooled condensers. Its robust design features a quick snap mechanism ensuring Class A contact function compliant with EMC standards, and can withstand over 100,000 operations. Suitable for use with gaseous media, air, and various refrigerants including R22, R134a, and R404A.
