Danfoss 032L1227 EVR15 Solenoid Valve 5/8" ODF Normally Closed with Manual Operation

The Danfoss 032L1227 is a normally closed (NC) servo-operated solenoid valve designed for professional refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This EVR15 model features 5/8" ODF (16mm) solder connections on both inlet and outlet, making it ideal for liquid, suction, and hot gas lines in commercial HVAC-R applications.

Key Features:

• Normally closed operation - valve closes when coil is de-energized for fail-safe operation
• Manual operation included for system service and emergency control
• 5/8" ODF solder connections (16mm) for secure, leak-free installation
• Brass body construction for durability and corrosion resistance
• Maximum working pressure: 45.2 bar (656 PSI)
• Flow coefficient (Kv): 3.3 m³/h for excellent flow capacity
• Opening differential pressure: 0.05 bar for reliable operation
• Compatible with fluorinated refrigerants (R-134a, R-404A, R-507A, R-407C) and most hydrocarbon refrigerants

The EVR15 valve body is sold without the electrical coil, allowing you to select the appropriate voltage and frequency coil separately. Danfoss coils clip on quickly without tools and can be replaced during operation without draining the system. This flexibility optimizes inventory management and field serviceability.

Applications: Commercial refrigeration, cold storage, heat pumps, process cooling, supermarket refrigeration systems, and industrial air conditioning installations.
