Rheem-Ruud 60-21193-06 Gas Valve Conversion Spring Kit Natural to LP

The Rheem-Ruud 60-21193-06 is an OEM gas valve conversion spring kit designed to convert compatible Rheem and Ruud gas furnaces from natural gas operation to liquid propane (LP) gas. This precision-engineered spring kit is an essential component for proper gas valve function when converting fuel types.

Key Features:

• OEM Rheem-Ruud replacement part ensuring exact compatibility
• Converts natural gas systems to LP/propane operation
• Precision-engineered springs designed for gas control valve mechanisms
• Essential component for proper gas valve pressure regulation
• Maintains safe and efficient furnace operation after fuel type conversion

This spring kit adjusts the gas valve pressure settings to accommodate the different operating characteristics of LP gas compared to natural gas. The conversion spring ensures proper gas flow control and maintains safe burner operation. Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician in accordance with local codes and manufacturer specifications.

Note: This is a spring kit only. Complete fuel conversion typically requires additional components such as burner orifices, pressure switches, and conversion labels. Always retain original natural gas components in case reconversion is needed.
