Siemens Building Technology 331-2963 Number 4 Pneumatic Damper Actuator 4-Inch Stroke 8-13 PSI

The Siemens Number 4 Pneumatic Damper Actuator is a totally enclosed pneumatic piston type actuator designed for use in HVAC systems to operate dampers for ventilation, mixing box control, and other applications requiring a large effective diaphragm area and a long stroke. This model 331-2963 features front mounting with mounting screws (non-pivot) and operates on a nominal spring range of 8-13 psi (55-90 kPa).

Key Features:

• 4-inch stroke length with 8-13 psi operating pressure range
• Ozone resistant EP rubber rolling diaphragm with 1/8-27 NPT threaded air port and barb fitting for 1/4-inch O.D. poly tubing or copper tube
• 3/8 inch-24 threaded output shaft for linkage assembly
• Front-mounted configuration with included mounting screws
• Rugged aluminum upper housing with silicone diaphragm and oil-tempered steel spring

This actuator is recommended for control of outdoor, return air, exhaust, face and bypass, fan discharge, and static pressure control dampers, as well as specialized dampers and air valves found in terminal units such as unit ventilators and mixing boxes. The gradual positioning design allows precise modulating control based on pneumatic control pressure.
