Belimo LF120 Spring Return Actuator In-lb On-Off Damper Actuators & Accessories - 120V 35

The Belimo LF120 is a spring return electric actuator designed for on-off control of dampers and valves in HVAC applications. This reliable actuator operates on 120V AC power and delivers 35 in-lb (4 Nm) of torque, making it suitable for medium-duty applications.

Key Features:

• Spring return design automatically returns to fail-safe position on power loss
• 35 in-lb (4 Nm) torque output for positive damper/valve control
• 120V AC operation for standard electrical systems
• On-Off control mode for simple two-position applications
• Durable construction for long service life in commercial HVAC systems
• Compact design for easy installation in tight spaces

The spring return feature ensures the damper or valve returns to a predetermined safe position during power failure, making this actuator ideal for safety-critical applications such as fire/smoke dampers and fresh air intake control.
