Belimo B318+LF24-SR-S Characterized Control Valve with Spring Return Actuator - 3/4 3-Way

The Belimo B318+LF24-SR-S is a 3/4" 3-way characterized control valve (CCV) with Cv 7.4 rating, factory-assembled with a spring return actuator for precise modulating control in HVAC hydronic systems. This valve assembly combines a stainless steel ball valve with an electric actuator designed for reliable performance in heating and cooling applications.

Key Features:

• Spring return fail-safe operation with AC/DC 24V power
• 2-10VDC proportional control signal for modulating applications
• 1x SPDT auxiliary switch (3A @ 250V) for status feedback
• 3/4" NPT threaded connections for easy installation
• Stainless steel ball and stem for durability and corrosion resistance
• Equal percentage flow characteristic for stable control
• Cv 7.4 flow coefficient (approximately 14.8 GPM at 4 psi differential)

Common Applications:

• Air handling units on heating or cooling coils and fan coil unit applications
• Unit ventilators, VAV box reheat coils, and bypass loops
• Hydronic systems with variable or constant flow requirements

The characterized control valve design provides enhanced control stability and prevents control loop hunting, optimizing energy consumption and extending component life. The spring return actuator ensures the valve returns to a safe position during power loss, making it ideal for critical HVAC applications requiring fail-safe operation.
