Belimo B312+TR24-SR-T 1/2" 3-Way Ball Valve with Actuator 24V 2-10V Proportional Control

The Belimo B312+TR24-SR-T is a compact 1/2-inch three-way ball valve assembly designed for precise hydronic control in commercial HVAC systems. This factory-assembled package combines the B312 brass ball valve body with the TR24-SR-T electronic proportional actuator for reliable mixing and diverting applications.

Key Features:

• 1/2-inch NPT threaded connections for easy installation
• 3-way configuration for mixing or diverting service
• 3.0 Cv flow coefficient for optimal flow control
• Non-spring return actuator with 24V AC/DC power supply
• 2-10 VDC proportional control signal for modulating control
• Covered terminal block protects electrical connections
• 35 in-lb (4 Nm) torque rating for reliable operation
• Manual override for emergency positioning
• 90-second nominal running time for full stroke

This valve assembly is ideal for chilled water, hot water, and glycol applications in fan coil units, unit ventilators, heat pumps, and other hydronic equipment requiring precise temperature control. The proportional actuator provides smooth modulation based on controller input, ensuring energy-efficient operation and occupant comfort.
