Belimo B309B+LF120-S Ball Valve with Actuator Cv - 1/2 3-Way 0.8 120V

The Belimo B309B+LF120-S is a compact control valve assembly combining a 1/2-inch three-way brass ball valve with an LF120-S spring return electric actuator. Designed for on/off control applications in HVAC systems, this valve assembly provides reliable flow control with a 0.8 Cv rating for precise modulation of water or glycol-based solutions.

Key Features:

• 1/2-inch NPT threaded connections for easy installation
• Three-way valve configuration for mixing or diverting applications
• 0.8 Cv flow coefficient for small zone control
• 120V AC spring return actuator with failsafe positioning
• Two-position on/off control with auxiliary switch
• Lead-free brass construction compliant with drinking water standards
• Compact design suitable for tight mechanical spaces
• Manual override capability for service and testing

This valve assembly is ideal for fan coil units, unit heaters, small air handling units, and other terminal HVAC equipment requiring compact, reliable control. The spring return actuator ensures the valve returns to a safe position during power failure, making it suitable for critical control applications. The integrated auxiliary switch provides system feedback for BAS integration.
