Belimo B309+LF24-3 3-Way Brass Control Valve 0.5 Inch 0.8 Cv with 24V Floating Actuator

The Belimo B309+LF24-3 is a compact 3-way brass control valve assembly designed for precise hydronic control in HVAC applications. This valve features a 0.5-inch (1/2") connection size with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.8, making it ideal for small-capacity heating and cooling systems where accurate flow control is essential.

Key Features:

• 3-way mixing or diverting valve configuration for versatile piping arrangements
• Brass valve body with chrome-plated brass ball for corrosion resistance and durability
• 0.8 Cv rating provides precise flow control for low-capacity applications
• Spring return actuator ensures fail-safe positioning during power loss
• 24V floating control for smooth, proportional modulation
• ON/OFF/FLOAT control capability for flexible system integration
• Compact design allows installation in space-constrained mechanical rooms
• Characterized control curve optimizes valve authority and system performance

The LF24-3 actuator provides 35 in-lb of torque with a 150-second running time, delivering reliable positioning and quiet operation. The spring return feature automatically moves the valve to its fail-safe position when power is removed, providing system protection during equipment shutdown or power outages. This valve assembly is commonly used in radiant heating systems, fan coil units, unit heaters, and small air handling units requiring dependable hydronic control.
