Johnson Controls VG1245FTH910HGA 2-Inch Ball Valve 24V Non-Spring Return Actuator

The Johnson Controls VG1245FTH910HGA is a professional-grade 2-inch two-way ball valve assembly designed for commercial HVAC and building automation applications. This valve features a 24-volt non-spring return (NSR) actuator for precise control of water, glycol solutions, and other compatible fluids in heating, cooling, and process control systems.

Key Specifications:

• Valve Size: 2 inches (50mm nominal)
• Configuration: Two-way ball valve design
• Flow Coefficient (Cv): 73.7 for excellent flow capacity
• Actuator Voltage: 24VAC/DC
• Actuator Type: Non-spring return (NSR) - maintains position on power loss
• Connection Type: Flanged threaded ends
• Body Material: Bronze construction for durability and corrosion resistance

Features and Benefits:

• High flow coefficient of 73.7 Cv minimizes pressure drop in large systems
• Non-spring return actuator holds valve position during power outages
• Direct-mount actuator eliminates need for additional brackets
• Compatible with Johnson Controls building automation systems
• Suitable for hydronic heating, chilled water, and glycol applications
• Reliable ball valve design provides tight shutoff and long service life

This valve assembly is ideal for commercial building applications requiring precise flow control, including variable air volume (VAV) systems, fan coil units, unit heaters, and process cooling applications. The non-spring return actuator design makes it particularly suitable for installations where maintaining valve position during power interruptions is critical.
